HSE chief executive Bernard Gloster says digital transformation will gather pace in the coming year

HSE is talking about improving the technology of the HSE. What are the odds that they will fuck this up as well

    I worked in the local hospital as a student relief worker about 15years ago…

    Even then I was astounded at how inefficient the paper file system was. It was mind boggling.

    Today it has not changed one bit, I see it regularly.

    I have zero faith in this being pressed forward in a timely manner.
