    Agreed. The author doesn’t do a very good job at explaining the processes in play. They set up their argument relatively well, but end the article without filling out the details or providing any real background. Feel like someone had a deadline and rushed it.

    A more elegant way of putting forth this particular concept (as I understand it) is that our consciousness is an entanglement within the quantum field that is currently experiencing being human, and whose perception is filtered through that experience. When we make measurements of a particle taken at the quantum level as a human, it reflects the human interpretation of that quantum state. It can fluctuate based on our perception because our very perception is a manipulation of the quantum field.
