You’re not wrong, but its no so bad, I’d say. And by not so bad, I mean, I think I could do a decent fix in photoshop, but 1.- I’m lazy, and 2.- I just want the AI to do everything, 100%, because I’m a tech geek I suppose.
I don’t know about Dream.AI, but DALLE and Stable Diffusion both allow you to “fix” or regenerate areas.
Also… content aware in PS is practically the same photo generation AI. But that might be too dumb to do anything but “skin over” the eye.
