      That’s a funny way of saying he chose to relay info instead of going to jail. The fbi didn’t force him to do anything. They gave him a choice.

      Yes! We agree on this. It’s not some crazy conspiracy that a leader of the proud boys was working with the FBI, whether by choice or not isn’t really important.

        The issue is that you want to insinuate, that Jan 6th was in a not insignificant way influenced by the FBI, when all that was really said was, that the leader was forced to snitch on his own people.

          I actually kind of doubt he was forced at all. These guys love cops and I could easily see them informing just because they believe the cops are on their side.

          Im not insinuating they influenced it at all. I won’t say it’s out of the realm of possibility, but ultimately what does it matter if their highly placed informant didn’t give them enough warning to get ahead of Jan 6th? They may or may not have encouraged it but I doubt they were unaware. Was their inaction incompetence or were they complicit?
