Just out of curiosity. Does this picture look 3D to anyone else?
Not seeing it with this image, but I know exactly what you’re talking about as I’ve had it happen before. On backgrounds like that bright red, the foreground seems to be floating above it and moving independently from the background, right? I’ve been told this is a symptom of astigmatism (and now that I think about it, the effect probably went away when I had my lasik a decade ago)

lol! No, it’s just this color and a blue color that when I view it, anything you put on it appears 3D to me.

lol! Grind it up but not too fine. Pre heat your oven to 310F. Place on a tray on parchment paper. Spread it around, bake for 5 minutes, stir, bake for an additional 5 minutes. Do not bake for more or less than 10 minutes at that temperature. You’ll know it’s done when it’s a uniform golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool, then store. You can eat it as is, or mix in with anything else.
Consume only a small amount at a time and wait at least two hours before ingesting more. And by small I mean like a 1/4 teaspoon at a time, maybe even less. All depends on your tolerance. Sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes it takes two. Sometimes even more than that. It’s different and, in my opinion, more enjoyable.

The more I look at it I think it’s attached to the chair to help him stand. Note that it’s the only chair visible. He had suffered from peripheral neuropathy for years and had very restricted mobility and probably couldn’t stand for long periods by then.
