      Honestly, if you were as useless right now when talking to support, I’m not surprised they told you to kick it

          It would prove that Valve is refusing to replace your broken Steam Deck and that you were cooperating with support

            Or prove that they did something stupid to their deck and valve is following their warranty rules which obviously why OP is being so closed off about it
