About a week ago I got an update for Carrier Services on the Play Store on my Pixel 7 Pro. Since then I have zero cell reception in the subway.
A similar thing happened last year with the November Update, but at least back then I could force a new connection by toggling airplane mode on and off a few times (and thankfully it was fixed with the December Patch). This time, nothing works. The phone is completely useless in the subway. :-/
Anyone else having that problem?

The Berlin subway. I’m using one of those O2 (Telefonica) resellers. Cell reception is usually pretty good and they’re super cheap.
Someone over on reddit suggested:
One thought is to try resetting just your sim.
Turn your device off Take out sim. Turn it back on Turn it off Put sim back in Turn phone on.
That helped somewhat. The connection in the subway is still a bit slow and occasionally patchy but at least I’m having a partial connection now instead of none at all.
