Hi everyone. I’m posting here to request to become a mod for this hallowed community.
My reasons:
- The original mod (@StarryJoy) has gone AWOL and not responding to my DMs.
- The rules laid out by @StarryJoy are vague and not in the true spirit of the community’s namesake.
- Because of #2 the community is filled with posts that in most cases fits better in !cunny@burggit.moe imo. I’m basically the only one posting actual loli x shota stuff here.
- I want to withhold the sanctity and purity of インピオ/young love. 🥰
This post is being made public to get other’s opinion on whether:
- The rules are indeed too lax, and/or not in the true spirit of the community’s namesake
- This community is being misused as a result.

I never understood the point of so many loli/shota communities. In my opinion, half of them could be cut due to inactivity unoriginality or some other thing.
I will say the way you have conducted yourself in this post has been quite rude, like you mentioned yourself you can just make your own community (which you did.) Please refrain from such behavior in the future.

Hence why I try to create community for specific things (like selfhosted, or /anime and /manga (Thank you to @xdd for taking that one 🙏). There is literally no need for /anime2 for example. Makes things cleaner and we have a much better way to post/discuss etc.
Besides, i rather go to /anime than having to open /animeX (multiple tabs) to browse the same communities.
The community was originally created in reaction to /c/cunny deciding against allowing oppai loli. Restricting it to sholicon only would result in no communities for that kind of content.
Creating a community is easy. It’s what I’ve been doing across the threadiverse, I create communities that I wanted to exist, as I go.
For this community, however, I feel like the the contents should be what it says on the tin.
The community rules dont state “ONLY loli shota”, it also specifically says “at least one of those”, so I dont see where you see that its being misused.
The main reason we started posting was that we could post any of both shota and loli and it was less restrictive than c/cunny, which was the main goal of this community.
Seems like you assumed that it should be something the creator of the community didnt intend because of the name, and then you thought you knew better than everyone else who are “misusing” it.
We can agree tho that the name could have been different, but there is no reason that you cant create a new community called Shotas_and_lolis or something like that with the posts you want, since according to you you are the only one posting the content you want anyway.
