No to U.S. citizen on everything. MAKE SURE YOU GET THIS RIGHT! This is the only thing that matters on the application! Do not let them bully you into checking off yes to U.S. citizenship.

The program is “The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels” and when a person is inducted into the program the governor officially appoints them as an officer in the state militia with the rank of colonel.
