Are they sure? I drained liquid water off of our outdoor pool the first week of February. A place where the record low at that time of year is -60F. That seems pretty normal to me. Probably not a fluke as the weather was 30-60F for weeks. Pretty standard really, Even for the nearly half a century I have lived here.
