      They didn’t get into how the non door panel is attached to the castings/door frame, or I missed it.

      They said the stainless steel door outer panel has the inner portion of the steel door spot welded together, and then any visible marring from that on the doors inside is laser ablated off.

      Also when you see the CyberTruck with no door panels and it’s the castings connected to the inner door frame, that inner door frame is stamped stainless steel as well.

      I imagine that’s gotta be welded to the castings?

        I was looking for this too but also either missed it or it wasn’t mentioned.

        Overall, I’m kind of surprised they were given this level of access to show on YouTube. It’s certainly interesting.

          And ya I’m shocked at the level of access. Maybe to help curb all the negative views by showing all the cool engineering?
