I’d shell out $20 to check out gpt4 w internet access. Gpt4 is miles better than 3.5

It’s technically the GPT-4 base model but not the one running on ChatGPT.
Whatever fine-tuning OpenAI has done is leagues better than what Microsoft’s team has done with Bing Chat.

It may actually not do that this time. If it just retrieves stuff upon request, but does not update its training with random internet garbage…
