      Excellent guess, but this is a much earlier episode. You are correct that Bart is being offered the pill.

      It is! This particular scene is Bart getting some medicine from Nurse “Lunch lady” Doris. He is at the Nurse after eating a Krusty razor sharp circle thing, and eventually ends up at the hospital where Lisa meets her saxophone friend.
