These are the actions of an autocrat.

I assume we’ll all just sit around and do nothing? Maybe file another court challenge for him to ignore?

No he didn’t. Oh, he says he did, but those Democrats should ignore it and continue working until the orange asshole has to send in his DOGE-stapo. It’s not a legal firing.

Hopefully when dems get in, they will do the same thing, then after that and they have the majority, create actual laws preventing this shot from ever happening again. If trump was smart he’d be doing that now himself but he doesn’t have foresight

There is no way the American people will let that happen. So this shit goes on and whatever happens, but there is 0 chance that the military or the people will let that happen. Zero. Such a doomer.

Let what happen? It’s already happened. When you say “the military or people won’t let that happen”, you’re describing a counter-coup to retake, and re-establish democracy. Will that happen? Unclear. But currently as it stands, Trump is blatantly ignoring what courts say, because he and his SCOTUS believe article 2 of the constitution places him above the law.

We RE-ELECTED a guy that tried to steal the election. Where’s the hope in us being any better at stopping him the second time around?

You’re the one trying to bet on everyone else making better voting decisions. That’s a “we” thing, and clearly you don’t seem to believe in it yourself if what I’ve stated here is enough for you to think I voted for him.

The laws don’t seem to matter. It takes too long to enforce them and then the damage is done. Afterwards, Trump pardons whoever he needs to, or calls it an “official act” and no one pays for it.

This will be how our government will work for the foreseeable future. There will be a “cold war” on which administrations can weaponize this the most.

“Hopefully” here is doing a lot of work for you. I have 0 expectation of fair elections going forward.
