Canadian and American autoworkers must seize the opportunity presented by the upcoming contract expirations on both sides of the border to unite in a powerful, internationally coordinated struggle against General Motors, Stellantis and Ford.

There are some incredible opportunities for US and Canadian workers to link their movements. Besides the autoworker contracts mentioned in the article, there’s also the dockworker struggles. However, this may come with a struggle against the current union apparatuses in both countries as that is not something they want, as they have marching orders from their respective “left” parties to prevent that from happening at all costs.
