Is this just oversized screenshots of individual sentences of a Reddit post with commentary? What a useless “article”.

You’d be surprised by how often this happens. I’ve noted this happening at several businesses, a main downtown city street (with dedicated bike lanes!), a school, and recently at an apartment building.
